Snapp is the leading taxi hailing app in Iran, active in more than 100 cities and serving more than 1M rides per day. I am leading a team of DevOps engineers to increase availability of services and achieve higher scalability in our core, user-facing applications. During my tenure we were able to automate all of routine tasks, establish proper CI and CD pipelines for various projects and improve visibility of system by extending the reach of monitoring.

Responsibilities: - Oversee day to day IT operations - In charge of hiring, training and performance management - Coaching and mentoring team members for personal and career growth - Improving, simplifying and automating IT processes - Implementation of monitoring and alerting - Adopting ITIL and Kanban/Scrum-Ban principles into IT operations - Improving services and infrastructure continuity, availability and scalability

Areas such as technical coordination, scaling services, web development, database administration, Linux server administration, infrastructure design and solution hunting along with agile problem solving were part of my responsibilities.

As senior member of web development department, participated in full cycle of website design for customers, which included requirement analysis, design, development and deployment.
