Provide hands-on support for all aspects of IT, Telephony and Mobility for clients and visitors in Coty’s local office Work with the on-site team to ensure a seamless, coordinated approach to 2nd level user support Consult, collaborate and establish effective networks with key global IT groups

- Performing first level troubleshooting of Server, Switch, Router and Firewall - Identifying and replacing the faulty parts of Servers including HDD, RAM, interface cards or cables - Installing new devices including Servers, Switches, Routers and Firewalls of different vendor in data centre from unpacking, installing in the rack, network wiring till initial configuration so that it is reachable over the network.

- Performing first level troubleshooting of issues of the network containing Cisco Router, Cisco Switch(L2 and L3), Mikrotik, Cisco Server - Health checkup of network equipment - Fine tuning network performance by using NMS tools like Cacti, Nagios, Centron, PRTG - Configuration and maintenance of SaaS/PaaS cloud services using VMWare ESXI 5

- Troubleshooting network issues to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance - Performing routing operations - Additional job responsibility includes performance analysis and health check of network equipment including Dialogic Telephone Switching equipment, Ericsson Telephone Switching equipment, CISCO & Redback Router, and CISCO Switch

Primary responsibility was to monitor overall health and status of the network to avoid interruption and ensure perfect network performance. Provide first level support to network issues
