- Monitor EU and national regulatory developments, providing strategic insights for corporate risk management. - Advise distributors and internal stakeholders on compliance requirements and policy initiatives. - Partner with HQ and key accounts to ensure regulatory compliance for product launches. - Represent corporate interests in industry associations and policy forums, contributing to sector-wide advocacy.

- Initiate, plan (including scope, timeline, and budget), execute, and monitor development projects to optimize innovative heating technology products. - Coordinate collaboration with external suppliers, partners, and universiAes to support project goals.

- Support a wide range of product and engineering cross-functional teams with designing and executing quantitative assessments such as data analysis, modelling and simulation, and running tests in laboratory that address current energy efficiency of thermal. systems to identify areas for improvement. - Write technical reports and fact sheets, communicating research results. - Design an automated process to prepare, convert and transfer raw data from field tests to simplify the data analysis in MATLAB.

- Development and application of laser measurement techniques for fluid dynamic processes. - Execution of internal or external defined experiments in the labor and evaluation of test results. - Documentation of all experiments and evaluations.

- Automatization of project management via configuration of the activities database with “Microsoft Project" and "Microsoft Project Server”. - Monitoring and reporting the timescales of all current projects in various departments of the company such as engineering, purchase, finance etc. - Planning new resource to accomplish the aims of the projects within pre-planed project budget, timetable, and product quality.
