Direct strategy/implementation of internal/external marketing and communications for the internal and external communication needs of Tucson Medical Center and all its entities to drive key organizational initiatives, including growth, brand management, patient/community education and care. Current focus is expanding the hospital's digital footprint through an overhaul of the website and associated online properties and implementation of CRM to support acquisition strategy.

Work on large-scale marketing campaigns integrating PR, social media and search engine optimization with traditional advertising. Lead education and in-house training of clients’ teams and other larger advertising agencies, as well as managing a freelance team of copywriters and social media vendors. Clients have included Banana Republic, LG, AgConnections, First Juice, British Airways and WebMD.

Led internal and external marketing efforts for the largest travel agency in Southern Arizona. This included a revamping of company brand and collateral, as well as the launch of a new website and optimization of existing CRM.

Consulting Director of Marketing. Responsible for overseeing overall internal marketing efforts of online marketing company. Included writing and implementing yearly marketing plan, as well as overseeing internal and external teams. Worked closely with Sales Managers by creating short-term marketing pushes to support sales initiatives, as well as building out service offerings for clients in the areas of copywriting and social media.

Director of SEO copywriting and Social Media Marketing for small local online marketing start up.. Use Bruce Clay Analytics (SEO Tool Set) as well as Theme Zoom.

Feature Director of country reports, specializing in Chinese media such as People’s Daily and the Economic Observer. Responsible for leading in-country team in all aspects of project, including research, PR/networking, and sales. Responsible for gathering extensive economic/business research, conducting interviews of government and other relevant personalities, as well as selling advertising sales for reports among host country businesses. Held projects in: Turkey, Mexico, Venezuela, Italy, and Iceland.

Wrote reviews of cities, hospitals, and doctors in Mexico, as well as edited 400 page text. Also responsible for research, fact checking, organizing and implementing all PR and marketing facets of book launch.
