Liaise with the client, Project Managers and Sales and Solution Consulting to analyze, determine and document the customer s business requirements and relate them with system capabilities, to understand the client’s conversion, go-live and rollout strategies and to ensure that the solution meets the client’s business needs; Design & present training courses to customers

Perform secondary control on the Bank’s trial balance on a daily basis, and submit the identified inconsistencies to the responsible persons for verification and corrections; Establish the balance composition of the allocated receivables/liability accounts, identify the long outstanding items, contact the responsible business units in order to establish the necessary accounting adjustment entries; monitor and follow up for these adjustments

Provide accurate meaningful internal reporting to identify trends and provide resolution of concerns for business at risk; Implements systems and procedures to ensure the accurate transfer of money to the clients; Control client’s performance changes: financial and profitability changes, credit worthiness and creditability; Evaluate the contract performance in comparison with initial conditions (estimated turnover, payment terms, debtor spreads);

Test the factoring software and make the necessary settings in order to be in accordance with the Romanian requirements; Define the Factoring Service Agreements in the new IT system and create the required conditions and functions in order to make these agreements able to run properly in the system; Plan together with Group Project Manager the “go live” for the new system and supervise the accomplishment of this planning.

Responsible for pricing and conditions of contract with insurance company and FCI partners; Monthly reporting of the insured receivables, verification of the insurance premiums or charges including FCI correspondents; Prepare the insurance claims, negotiate with the insurer and present necessary documents;

Manage existing client portfolio, with namely assigned customers monitoring their day-to-day requirements; Analyse the account receivable ledger(calculate the age structure of receivables, the debtors spread and identify delinquency debtors); Reconcile the debtor sales ledger with client current account, maintain the quality of the sales ledger, administrates the facility limits, credit limits and debtor limits; Remittance to the client(initiation in the system, and selection of payment instructions);

Manage the administrative and accounting practices by using the legal applications of the office automation; Reconciliation activities (“conto nostro” bank accounts and UniCredit Banks accounts) and register the appropriate entries of the parties involved; Analyse the pending operations, investigate these operations and report them to correspondent banks and banks of the Group; check daily the “conto nostro’ accounts balances and report these balances to the Treasury Department;
