This role supports the Bid Team, on behalf of the Opportunity Owner in delivering a Proposal, Solution or Contract to the customer according to IBM business rules and standard processes. They operate as the Solution Design and Proposal Process expert, in terms of internal process knowledge, proposal project management and proposal and contract creation expertise including coordination, application of lessons learned and re use of Intellectual capital.

-Ensuring the dissemination of the relevant information within the organization, in order to communicate the modifications occurred in the company’s activity; - Establishing the internal communication strategy according to the general communication strategy of the Bank; - Elaborating internal communication materials (articles, interviews, information letters, announcements, minutes, decision memos, general circulars, management decisions); -Implementing and coordinating the Bank’s Intranet content

Operational execution of the back office or other outsourced activities requested by Orange Switzerland, Mobistar Belgium or any other ORO partners in due time at high qualitative standards

- Ensuring customers overall satisfaction regarding Orange services, providing them an efficient, professional, constant high quality and pro-active phone assistance.
