Roll Out of Latin American companies into the global model: Argentina, México, Chile, Colombia. I coordinated the fit & gap analysis for the 4 countries. I was in charged of definition and implementation of localization solutions for Argentina. Main points for which I survey, defined, configured and tested: Fixed Assets, Withholdings, Tax codes (Including VAT and Perceptions), design, specification, follow up and testing of Z programs to report the legal tax authorities

New GL Migration. Colaboration on specific matters regarding issue resolution.

Upgrade. I was Project Manager and responsible for modules FI, AM, CO, PA, HR and an entirely Z module for copyright management.

Support and improvements. o Implementation of “monotributo” withholding o Configuration of electronic bank statement and conciliation. Training o Correction of program for mass printing of checks, and related forms o Resolution and tracking of other minor requests
