• Expertise in all routines of the area , being responsible for interviews , mappings and huntings, strategic alignment with the managers, design and implementation of policies and processes for Latin America team, interface with the USA and Argentina teams, to standardize our processes . • Responsible for the selection process and monitoring of contracts “Aprendiz”, Interns and Disabled professionals;

• Responsible for recruiting process, behavioral, competency and English interviews; • Application of recruiting tests as HTM , HTP , AC , IFP , Coati , Graphology; • Preparation of proposals to new hires and monitoring them until the start date;

• Responsible for huntings focused in strategic profiles.
