• Assure that qualified delivery of all technical Material and Service in time to Costa and Aida’s Vessels based on specification, defined quality and implemented/ required standards within the area of responsibility in; • Work together with superintends and responsible ones on board, in order to reduce additional cost, developed new items which can be replaced and keep the communication strong for all areas.

• Managing contract as for the six units located in Brazil: Southeast, South and Northeast 9000.000 € annually as outsourced labor, cleaning and security services, materials and factory maintenance services common items in the manufacturing units, training for human resources, MRO, uniform, among others; • I am in charge of planning, negotiating, organizing and controlling the procurement process, 20 process per month individually.

• Outsourced employee, responsible for manage and negotiation contracts for fuel supply to the plant located in Resende and vehicle fleet. Also MRO, security worked items, tools to dealers, gas, fuel, oil and similar chemicals in general, general cleaning, uniforms, refrigeration, etc. to ensure supply for the plant and regional office in SP; •Negotiation of claims adjustment with tracking market indices to better trading raw materials, chemical raw materials, labor etc.

• Outsourced employee responsible for negotiate the purchase of products in the commodity under my responsibility for all plants: Southeast, South. Including security worked: gloves, shoes, medicine orthopedic shoes, creams and protective equipment, uniforms, medicines, etiquettes, office material, hygiene and cleanness, etc. • Coordinating the Kaizen methodology, change for the better. Seeking continuous improvement of processes.
