- Inbound sales and Booking management from private clients to companies and agencies; - Customer Relationship building by answering calls, emails and taking care of all touch-points with consumer; - Lead generation for B2B clients, including outbound sales; - Maintenance of customer data (CRM tool); - Troubleshooting and support for both clients and artists throughout the booking process; - Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively.

- Prospect new partners and negotiate new deals; - Relationship with customers and retailers for defining business strategies and promotional initiatives; - Overview commercial proposals and contractual processes together with the Legal team; - Participation in retail activities, trade shows and events, developing and strengthening the value of the brand; - Management of the financial information and Forecast processes, in order to monitor the progress of monthly revenues.

- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries; - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction; - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication; - Monthly report regarding Customer Service area.
