Set up and close the clinical TMF with the clinical teams and contractors; Manage quality and completeness of the TMF in accordance with internal processes; Support TMF contributors and CROs; Take part in preparation and conduct of TMF audits and inspections; Scan and index TMF paper documents.

Manage the documentary software and support to end-users; Manage electronic journals access and subscriptions; Retrieve information and scientific articles; Provide bibliographies for the general public and healthcare professionals; Follow up medical news and provide regular newsletters; Responsible for internal communication activities; Index documents; Manage library and lending of books.

Retrieve information and provide bibliographies for academic researchers; Involved in a new database development.
