- Participate in strategic business strategy definition and implementation through HR initiatives - Development and implementation of HR processes and policies to support the Global Head Office/EU Headquarter (GHO/EUHQ). - Consult Top Management (Executive VP, VP level) in implementing core HR processes including but not limited to employment, labor and employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management and workforce planning within a specific business unit or subsidiaries.

•Fully responsible for ensuring that affiliates (Ukraine/Belarus) are fully compliant with any global rollouts in: •Recruitment •Performance Management process, Talent Development, Internal promotions, International Mobility •Training initiatives, Learning and Development •Compensation and recognition schemes; Benefits planning; HRIS issues •Global Communications & engagement initiatives •Executive development programs

- Support management in the definition and implementation of the organization plan which identifies the human resource needs necessary to support the business in the medium to long-term perspectives - Provide operational support and expertise on all personnel and HR management matters within the organization, ensuring total compliance to local legal requirements, ethical standards and best practices - Lead the implementation and continued application of key HR processes

•Management of company’s business and team; •Supervision up to 15 employees; •Ensure effective delivery of service: recruitment, assessments, outplacement, salary surveys, outstaffing; •Involvement in executive search projects; •Consulting in field of Ukrainian Labor law and legislation; •Development of internal trainings;
