The main task is to harmonize, align and functionally improve the operational effectiveness of the Business System within the Region, enhancing the networking between Corporate and Sector levels down into the operational Divisions and their Plants and to the other Regions, whilst increasing compliance, reducing the costs of non-conformance and cost of quality.

Reporting to the Global Head of Product Development, the main task was to develop new products and improve current design of the patented technology that avoids oil filled transformer explosion and fire caused by low impedance short circuit.

Reporting to the Production Manager the position included responsibility for industrializing new products; process improvement throughout the utilization of time study methodologies and deployment of a mind-set towards an Advanced Manufacturing strategy by adopting new technologies for process development. Additional responsibilities included the supervision of the Manufacturing Maintenance Department, sustainment and improvement of the Integrated Management System and definition of KPIs for the area BSC.
