Overall responsible for resources and products at CLAAS E-Systems Denmark. Development of software and hardware within camera sensor systems for automation and precision agriculture as part of the CLAAS group.

Responsible for all R&D activities at CLAAS E-Systems Denmark, including technical leadership, resource management, budgeting, project prioritization/planning and university cooperation. Product portfolio within 2D and 3D sensors for process monitoring, process automation, equipment automation and guidance as well as semi and fully autonomous vehicles.

Planning, prioritization, clarification and coordination of multiple cross-functional feature teams, working on advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous driving solutions targeted at the BMW product portfolio. Responsible for ensuring all aspects of automotive product development and deliveries are addressed through daily alignment with feature teams and shareholders, backlog management, release planning, forecasting, reporting and escalation.

Design and development of software components for autonomously driving vehicles as part of cross-functional feature team in Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework. Projects include advanced driver assistance systems and fully autonomous vehicles.
