I was recruited by the CTO/Managing Director to inject experience at scale. I directed 3 Scrum teams – one was 100% remote. - Delivered a data science project: YoY growth of 150% of leads via e-mail marketing. - Built a product that resulted in a 30% increase in sales conversion. - Established a new 6-member cross functional team. - Launched and organised regular knowledge sharing sessions. We used Jira, Confluence, Slack, Kafka, AWS Lambda, Docker/ECS, .NET Core, Angular 4, Redshift and Tableau.

I took a new role within the company to make hundreds of developer’s lives better. While reporting to the CTO, I acted as a Technical Product Owner. - Increased productivity through a combination of approaches which included moving to Scrum and a Git based workflow resulting in an A/B test velocity increase of over 500%. - Depended on in hiring across teams as Agoda.com grew from ~70 developers to ~500. We used Jenkins, Java, C# and OpenStack. We used Jira and Hipchat for communications.

I was brought in to Bangkok from the UK as a consultant to kick start an urgent financial project and provide advice on an automatic marketing system for AdWords. Within 3 months I was promoted to manager and reported to the Director of Engineering. - I recruited two cross-functional teams of 6 developers. - I delivered a system that processed payments to hotels. The organisation has revenues over $12 Billion. We used WPF, ASP.NET, SQL Server and Jira.
