Lead the international data-engineering team (4 engineers + PM) delivering data pipelines and platform capabilities across UK, Singapore, and Canada. Serve on the AI Software Engineering Core Council and FinOps Council, driving GenAI strategy and cloud cost optimization. Building the organization's first production GenAIOps stack (RAG, agent orchestration, evaluation design) and operating CI/CD, observability, and governed self-service data access via AWS.

Designed and managed data integration pipelines loading international data into the enterprise data lake, in compliance with international data standards and governance guidelines. Defined international technical data capabilities and roadmaps, partnering with EMEA and APAC technical leaders to align strategy with regional business objectives.

Developed a HIPAA-compliant solution to mask sensitive information before it is sent to external LLMs. Built data-loss-prevention models to identify sensitive information and prevent it from being shared.

Built and led the Machine Learning Practice: owned intake/selection of client ML engagements and managed relationships through delivery. Lead data scientist on a kitchen order-time prediction system (300GB of data, time-series models, productionized as an API). Delivered an on-device computer-vision solution (CoreML, custom Metal, Vision framework) for a security client; led follow-on rounds and an Android port. Created an intro ML training course for senior developers.

Led the driver product across iOS, Android, and web, managing full-stack development end to end; helped create an algorithm predicting order preparation time from kitchen load to improve driver and order routing.

Contributed to a collaborative document tool for contract and proposal lifecycles (Rails, AngularJS) as a full-stack engineer; developed analytical tooling for proposal tracking.
