Allen Weidman

InfoComm International, the leading industry association representing the commercial audiovisual and communications industry, has appointed Allen Weidman to the new position of Sustainability Officer. Mr. Weidman is responsible for Iimplementation of InfoComm's "STEP" sustainability rating system, Informing the AV industry about sustainability activities, Serving as InfoComm's representative to other organizations and Managing InfoComm's internal sustainability programs, including 3 annual trade show

Provide consulting services to varied professional associations to capture expanded and next generation membership Research and analyze association businesses to determine IT products that are both viable and provide significant value-added outcomes Introduce technology-based ideas and solutions to complex challenges and issues Develop association IT strategic plans and create operational policies

Allen Weidman is senior sustainability executive in Kellen's Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Weidman oversees green issues, sustainability and other environmentally-related activities on behalf of a wide range of association clients, including those in the building, construction and plastics industries. In addition, he is the Executive Vice President for the National Candle Association.
