As part of the executive committee and in collaboration with business lines and engineering operating centres, I lead the teams responsible for developing the long term strategy, delivering on ESG commitments and growing related addressable markets, and driving the M&A, Investment and partnerships agenda. Technip Energies is listed on the Paris stock exchange (TE.PA)

Strategic consulting and corporate finance advisory focused on Energy and Resources (oil and gas, commodity trading, power utilities, renewables, infrastructure, equipment and services to the energy industry). Team split between Zürich, Geneva and London providing M&A, Capital and Debt advisory. Deloitte UK and Deloitte Switzerland operate as a single practice.

Equipment supply in offshore wind, thermal solar and biomass (1500 people, backlog: €1bn+) Integrate portfolio of newly acquired companies, deliver strategic planning, and execute corporate development initiatives leveraging the Group’s strengths. Organised and managed the five year strategic plan for three business units focused on a steep international and industrial expansion ($100m+ plants in France, UK and India) and execution of large projects ($500m+ in Europe and Asia).

Private equity investment in industrial and service companies active in the oil and gas sector (midstream, downstream, technology and services segments) but also resource holding companies Provision of growth capital to small to medium-sized companies (EV up to $300; type: LBO, MBO, Take-Private, IPO, Trade purchase/sales). Specific role: 1/ sourcing, analysing, managing transactions; 2/ monitoring and realising existing investments c.$500m assets under management
