BC Marketing Concepts offers an integrated marketing approach that covers public relations, marketing consultancy, event management and on-ground activation, talent management, and corporate trainings.

As head of marketing, I handle various requirements of the corporate brand i.e. Taft Properties and its individual projects such as Horizons 101, Soltana Nature Residences, Taft East Gate and Symfoni which are Cebu-based developments, as well as Manila projects - Citation Residences and Crowne Bay.

Manage and lead the Marketing and Business Development department, creating brand and communications strategy, consistently meeting or exceeding company sales quotas. Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potential; estimating stakeholders’ need and goals.

Managed and trained all account managers and officers, simultaneously overseeing 35 – 50 accounts, mostly engaged in different industry/business such as real estate, pharmaceuticals, fashion and consumer brands. Responsible for mounting over 2000 events for hundreds of clients, acquiring new clients and renewals from existing clients. Responsible for the output of each project, ensuring that my accounts team delivers requirements to clients, suppliers and media.
