• Served as functional safety engineer for electric drive projects, including 48V hybrid and BEV systems, focusing on ISO 26262 Part 4 (System Safety Development). • Supported functional safety management (Part 2) and concept phase (Part 3), participating in internal functional safety assessments. • Conducted safety analyses, including Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), to identify and mitigate risks in high-voltage traction systems.

• Acted as functional safety technical lead for powertrain control functions in e-mobility, internal combustion engine, and 48V hybrid projects, applying ISO 26262 Parts 4 and 6. • Supported functional safety management (Part 2) and concept phase (Part 3), including participation in functional safety assessments. • Performed safety analyses such as Software Design FMEA

Led tech for vehicle control SW pkgs: brake pedal/booster, speed, clutch, stop/start, gear neutral, cruise, speed limiter for FCA diesel/gas EMS. Elicited/analyzed/doc'd reqs, aligned w/ customer specs, prepped design docs/reviews. Led design FMEA to mitigate risks (to ISO 26262). Reviewed SW vs. reqs using ASCET model dev. Validated via HiL/INCA, actuator tests, diag mgmt. Cross-loc support for calib/reqs/design to DE/IT/AT/BR/IN teams; 3-mo onsite in Schwieberdingen for Stellantis EDC17 brake booster

Developed software for platform projects in powertrain control functions for Engine Management ECU. • Performed software validation in Hardware-in-Loop systems and model-based development using ASCET. • Applied manual coding in C, static code checks, and MISRA C standards for multicore microcontroller systems, OS task scheduling, actuator test services, and diagnostic management of fault code memory.
