Operating in a small team, responsible for correct and timely scheduling of movement of both staff and goods globally, liaising with travel companies, clients and freight forwarders and internal management.

Working with Penny Writing, strong media and communication professional with a passion for the creative industries, to assist with day to day running, copy & proof reading, marketing and personal assistance.

Responsible for managing all staff within the Contact Center Aftersales Team, the ongoing development of staff and department targets, whilst managing a full work-load projects and reporting.

Key responsibilities included liaising with medical professionals regarding the quality of patient care and data management.
