Development of a functional food suitable for all types of consumers, based on traditional native ingredients (date from Elche, MEDJOUL variety, freeze-dried fruits and aminoacids of vegetable origin among others) winner of the 2nd edition of the INNOBIOTEC contest organized by the UMH.
