Design und Entwicklung 3D Gedruckte Medizintechnik Geräte - CAD und FEA von die verschiedene Produkte - Prüfung und Validation von die Produkte uns Systemen - Iteration und Weiterentwicklung.

• Understanding of the DMLM build process and its pre and post operations. • Detailed CAD development of the complete concept (Inventor). • Deep structural analysis of the different elements in the system (ANSYS). • Design for AM applied to components (SolidWorks). • Experience with build job and part preparation (Materialise Magics). • Part build using DMLM process. • Programming and analysis of the automation process (UR 10 robot). • Testing of the prototype concept overall performance.

• Manufacturing of the model mechanical and electrical structures. • Development of the cooling system for the dissipation resistor. • PCB and electronic component assembly (welding, drilling …). • Verification of the mechanical and electronic modules (MATLAB).

• CAD designer in a project with AIRBUS (CATIA V5). • Correlation of CATIA models with Excel sheets (VBA programming). • Project development for subsidized programs competitions. • Developing animations for new project presentations (Blender).
