I am an Executive Researcher who works in partnership with executive search consultants as well as directly for corporate organisations proactively generating candidates for specific job opportunities. I have substantial global experience across a wide range of sectors and specialise in Senior Level Executive, Board Level and NED opportunities.

Worked as a financial consultant to small local businesses giving practical advice and financial assistance whilst taking a career break from the corporate world.

Finance representative for NPD/ launches for all the Bupa Health Services businesses (excluding hospitals) based on the organisations 3 year strategic plan. Preparation of business cases for Board level review including financial reviews, feasibility studies, development of pricing and/ or discounting strategy, management information requirements, taxation and cashflow implications - pre and post implementation. Analysis of cost structure to standardise all 31 Health Screening centres in the UK.

Responsible for management and financial accounting functions of BUPA Health Management Division (T/O £20m). Managed a team of 7 staff including 3 accountants.
