Advisory on managing Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (E-WASTE, WEEE) obtained from obsolete computers and tablets used by public schools in Colombia. I supervised the processes required to obtain reusable materials from these devices, such as plastic, gold, aluminum, copper, iron, among others. As for hazardous materials, I supervised that they were handled in an environmentally responsible manner. My tasks also included raising awareness among public schools.

I worked as an environmental consultant in charge of evaluating whether Computadores para Educar should have continued refurbishing old computers and redistributing them among public schools, or if they should start acquiring new devices and transporting them to the designated schools. This comparison considered criteria such as: electricity and water consumption, waste generation and pollution

Carried out feasibility studies required to understand the environmental impact of projects that intended to explore and exploit hydrocarbons in Colombia
