Currently i am working as a SME for Cloud Web and Email Security. • Providing break and fix support for Forcepoint web and email security • Deploying and Managing Forcepoint cloud web-security and mail security. • Providing support based on the Incidents' SLA. • Performing scenario tests based on the clients requirement and developing team. • Supporting for the new deployment and simplifying the task. • Handling escalations and fix the issue.

I have been working as Forcepoint TAC Tier-2 Engineer. I was sustaining as a TAC Engineer around a year, I have completed the certifications Web-Security and Cloud Web-Security. I am performing self-grow of my technical skills apart from my roles and responsibilities below. • Providing break and fix support for Forcepoint customers globally. • Handling Forcepoint appliances V5KGR, V10KGR, V20KG series. • Providing support based on the Forcepoint support policy and customers' SLA.

• Providing break and fix support for Paloalto customers globally. • Handling Paloalto appliances PA - 200, 220, 500, 3k, 5k, 7k series and Manage device Panorama - M100 and M500. • Providing support based on the Paloalto support policy and customers' SLA. • Performing penetration of vulnerabilities tests based on the customer requirement and developing team. • Supporting for the new deployment and simplifying the task on Virtual Platform (VMware ESXi) and cloud infrastructure such as AWS.

I have been worked on the project AT&T for the network security support for IBM. Providing support for deployment and services. The new configuration for the new site deployment and services. Performing tasks based on the change management process.

I have been sustained on the project called TDC (Tele Denmark Communications). I was managing the customer datacenter, would perform the task based on the tickets.

I have been deployed for the client Servion Global Solutions. I was supporting infrastructure network data and security services. I have been managing firewall devices CISCO ASA 5505 & 5515. Providing support based on the client's requirements as per the process.

I have been working as an Associate Engineer for the project SBIG (State Bank of Indian Government). As a fresher, I had a lot of opportunities to learn and strengthen my technical knowledge.
