• Led QA Team of 5 members for “Hypothetical Illustration” project, which provides illustrations of invested money to Sun Life’s customers. • Designed and implemented QA strategy for various products offered by Sun Life. • Responsible for estimation of work plans, development of metrics, process optimization, testing and implementation of insurance products.

• Led 3 member team for a project which involved analysis, content management and search optimization of Sun Life’s U.S website. • Implemented automation model for “Hypothetical Illustration” Project, which reduced the testing effort by 75%. • Involved in testing and implementation of Variable Annuity products on mainframes. • Designed and implemented KPI’s for productivity and quality. • Delivered trainings to analysts on Sun Life projects, products and processes.

• Represented India QA team in Sun Life U.S office in Boston for new project acquisition.

• Managed complete project modules for AT&T throughout SDLC and STLC. • Worked in multiple roles like Knowledge Management (KM) head, Offshore Coordinator and Module Lead for different projects. • Implemented KM strategy as KM Head of 100 member team. • Designed a 5 day induction process for the project team. • Developed Traceability Matrix, System Test Plans and Execution Reports for projects. • Responsible for analyzing and monitoring of Business and Consumer data on UNIX and SAS systems.
