    • Built the hardware for a 3-DOF tower crane and redesigned its drive system from DC motors with H-bridge drivers to three stepper motors with TB6600 drivers for more precise positioning. • Wrote a Python and OpenCV vision pipeline with a single overhead camera that tracks the crane and hook positions through ArUco markers (DICT_4X4_50) in real-world coordinates. Algorithm Implementation: Programmed a Proportional (P) control algorithm on an Arduino to adjust trolley velocity and actively dampen suspended load oscillations.
