Charged with developing and marketing syndicated research products throughout the MENA region. Responsibilities include building strategic partnerships and engaging current and prospective clients towards syndicated initiatives. An aim also running constantly in the background is to educate the MENA market of the value of online market research. Products include: BrandIndex, OmniJet, Reality Check, and a variety of indexes covering key market sectors.

Develop and manage new clients through custom panel creation, creative development, database set-up, sampling/recruiting & retention strategies (including direct marketing activities). Drive new and renewal sales opportunities with clients through sales presentations, proposal development, up-selling and renegotiation. Deliver monthly analysis of panel performance metrics and strategic retention strategies. Manage, field and provide final deliverables on panel recruit, ongoing, and ad-hoc projects.

Management and implementation of projects for various internal and external clients. Advise on key issues including project scope, approach, and project plans. Monitor and report on progress throughout a set-up of a project to ensure deliverables, budgets, and timelines are met and risks/issues are proactively addressed.
