·Responsible for working relations between the design office at Bobst GmbH (Bielefeld) and the offshore office in Bangalore, India. ·Work in close collaboration with the design office, creation of manufacturing drawings. ·Manage team of 3 Offshore (Short term upto 10 offshore team) including 1 Onsite team members. ·Design and develop system level sub-assemblies for CI printing machines per customer specs. ·To train the engineers for tasks they have to handle and make sure they are loaded all the time.
