Worked for AMS services as a shared pool resource for the USA client. Since May 2018 i am single point of contact for AgroFresh client for SD related assignments. Important areas that i worked on are as below • Settlement Management process. • Pricing Procedure • Output Controls PDF output for multiple countries. • Business process like OTC, Return Process, Credit Memo, Debit Memo, Intercompany sales. • Worked on Pricing Procedure. • Worked on outbound FTP reports.

Was part of Implementation, Roll Out and Support Projects. My responsibilities were as below. Worked extensively on Order to cash processes for multiple projects. Had oriented Top Management and Key Users with the SD processes mapped in SAP and provided training to users on the same

Was part of company code roll out and support project , my role and responsibilities were as below. • Working on Incidents (P2, P3 & P4 category), PASR and Problem Tickets. • Regularly interact with global users to get required information on the issue. • Perform UT and get UAT signoff from users. • Attend Weekly calls on Problem Ticket Status Update and Monthly Incident Audit.

Was part of plant roll out and Support project, my role and responsibilities were as below. • Plant Creation activity and Configured corresponding SD related assignments. • Function Specification preparation for Z Reports. • Worked with ABAP team to develop customize reports and smart forms. • Preparation of Use Manual and conducted training for end user. • Resolve tickets related to SD module on priority basis and resolve the issue within SLA.

Was responsible for sales of IT products and my responsibilities were as below. • Get the Business of Converged Solution in assigned Territory. • Generate Business from Existing Client & Create New Accounts. • Forecast Sales Plans on Monthly Basis, Product wise and Value wise. • Order Finalization of the respective inquiries generated by the team members. • Preserve a reliable track proof for best performance through own strengths.
