Framing, develop and maintenance of quality manuals, quality plans and procedures as per the ISO standards, development of Lug caps, quality parameters, control and monitoring protocols. To plan and execute the internal audits, coordination with Certification Body, followup and submission of corrective actions. Plan and execution of training to employees for the quality management system and other hard core & soft skills.

Responsible for the shift production, yields, quality score, waste control, warehouse management. As a team lead to achieve the key performance indicators, to develop the cross functional skill of the supervisors and machine operators and motivation.

Responsible for the daily production activities, production report making, handling of operators and workers.
