• Responsible for Database operations, support, troubleshooting, planning, & migration. • Monitoring of multiple database sizes & performance on Production Environment. • Security and architectural planning issues met as well as testing and training. • Best practices implementation in schemas, stored procedures, views, triggers & mirroring. • ETL process creation for reporting, Archiving & housekeeping activities. • Configuration of Snapshots, Transactional and Merge Replications.

• Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them. • Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications • Apply promotional techniques & prepare materials to sell itinerary tour packages • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds • Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
