I am good at working with people and delivering trainings offers me the chance to do this. I have delivered trainings mostly on Project Management, Time Management, Goal Setting and Fundraising. I am looking forward to developing in new areas of training also.

What I learned the most as a Sales Consultant is that every sales meeting must be treated as an unique experience. I have learned how to prepare for a meeting, how to best sell a product and how to influence the outcome of a meeting in the best possible way.

Being a leader of the volunteers in Salvati Copiii- Caras-Severin was my first team leader experience. I have learned a lot about managing a team, setting some clear objectives and being able to measure and track them. Thus, I gained experience in team management.

In September 2003 I represented Romania at an International Congress in Bulgaria, The European Youth Water Parliament and I was chosen a Youth Water Representative along with a delegate from Russia and another one from Bulgaria.

Working at the local television during highschool was a really big step for me anda great networking opportunity. I got to learn what it means to produce a show and how to do it. I had the chance to present a show called ”Forever Young” and to work in a professional envirmonment.

In the period I collaborated with Radio Timisoara, I provided regular (weekly) short materials for a show that presented areas of interes for youngsters. I have had the chance to work with a very experienced person and learned a lot about radio shows, communication and tranmitting the right message.
