Customer order management (Daimler, BMW) and evaluation of forecasts on mid and long term; Handling Just-in-Sequence (JIS) orders, production planning and deliveries to customer; Doing the production planning and tracking the production plan, being responsible to highlight any abnormalities; Planning the deliveries and transport according to customer orders; Steady following of stock and inventory.

Responsible for allocating loadings to 50 trucks in order to reach the monthly targeted income and kms per truck; Targeted for monthly income brought by new customers or the existing ones: enlarging the clients’ portfolio and developing new business and routes with the present clients; Responding to requests for quotation and making quotations, reviewing periodically the prices; Operating countries: Romania, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom.

Managing clients’ purchase orders (clients: WMF, Hella, Mahle, Plastal, Honeywell); Organizing transport by road (national and foreign forwarders), air (TNT, UPS, DHL) and sea (Panalpina, Cargo Partner); Responsible for the budget transport and searching for new carriers; Customs clearance documents and Intrastat declarations for the Romanian National Institute of Statistics; Reduce inventory costs whilst ensuring inventory is available to meet forecasted customer demand.
