Project member and responsible for implementing UAM (User Access Management) concept and measures related to IT Security Program across all IT systems at Volkswagen do Brasil. Gathered and produced deliverables and execution of measures aligned with project goals from central team. Validated if procedures are implemented correctly, follow up, communication with stakeholders and mapping all infrastructure environment to prevent impact for users, managing tests phases.

Managing of SAP accesses to ABAP, Java and HANA systems. Defined security roles according to regulations and security requirements for the business areas. Data collection of internal and external audits, SOD conflict analysis, control SAP licenses, key-users support, analysis and adjustment of SAP security settings, evaluation and monitoring security risks to identify where to apply mitigation measures. Create all necessary documentation for supporting projects and audit requirements.

Participated in a project of fusion of two companies Telefônica / Vivo, where I was responsible by design and implement SAP Security roles in major SAP implementation, identification of security criticalities, risk mitigation, SOD conflict analysis, creation and maintenance of users, key-users support, performance evaluation and jobs management.

Remote support to several customers as Bunge Foods, Albert Einstein Hospital, Schneider Electric, Evonik Industries, FNAC, among others. My main responsibilities were: Administration of SAP environments as ECC, Netweaver, BI, PI and Portal. Administration of Windows and Unix servers, dumps analysis, performance evaluation, kernel update, plug-ins and add-ons update, creation and maintenance of user profiles, Early Watch Alert analysis, backup and database growth management, SAP notes implementation.
