I accomplished the dream of crossing the African continent by truck, covering over 22.000km. On the way I visited Schools and orphanages. My goal in each of the encounters was to bring something the children as well as myself would remember for a long time to come. Some of the activities included open air cinema sessions, face painting, dancing, learning aspects of each others cultures. Places I visited: Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia, Namibia and South Africa.

I was responsible for eliciting the actual needs of stakeholders and translating them into BRDs (Business Requirement Documents). In some cases, I worked alongside a team pre-selling Banking Solutions supporting them through analysis and scope definition. I ran the entire department and managed a team of project managers, business analysts, programmers, testers and suppliers: 16 people in total. One of my main responsibilities was to implement the strategy of the internal systems and to manage Project Portfolios and Programs.
