• Routines for planning, creating and managing logistics projects with an emphasis on data analysis through reports, KPIs and spreadsheets. • Responsible for updating and creating work procedures, instructions and responsibility matrices, process mapping, sustainable cost reduction. • Leadership in the receipt and dispatch of materials, monitoring to guarantee the storage of products. • Responsible for cyclical Inventory control, and stock control of approximately (US$ 150 Million).
