- Design and implementation of a test to evaluate the performance of the sales area - Hunting and evaluation of personnel for sales staff and lawyers - Description of the 100% position profiles in the Company - Implementation and execution of personnel induction - Organization and execution of camaraderie events - Personnel administration (health insurance, EPS - Health Service Providers, schedules, payroll accounts)

- Update the organization chart of all the groups - Support in the development of the annual plan for required training - Registration of collaborators in the courses, according to the annual training plan - Support in the analysis and development of the indicator of the employee turnover of all the areas and companies of the group - Update of training internal base
