• Work on personnel administration (personnel files, contracts, reference letters, etc.) • Responsible for visa, health insurance or tax related issues requested by the staff • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc. • Managing pre-processing payroll • Assistance in HR-Projects (e.g. Employer Branding, HR Development, Compensation and Benefits)

• Create contracts and reference letters for employees • Conduct the Onboarding of new employees • Prepare the changes for the pay roll • Support the Office Manager with company events • Enter and update employee information, including new employees and status-change data • Support of the recruiting process, posting, writing job descriptions, phone screening and Direct Search on networking websites • Support the Visa process

• Responsible for overseeing and addressing the HR requirements for more than 70 employees • Managing all administrative tasks, such as the preparation of labor contracts and payroll • Providing administrative support during the onboarding process for new employees (such as visa applications and relocation support) • Managing full cycle recruiting process • Creating job descriptions, publishing them on relevant job boards and social media channels

· Telephone consulting and support of the international clientele of customers · Analysing and responding to customer queries by phone or e-mail in german, english and spanish. · Administration of customer data
