• HR Development: - Recruitment, integration meetings, trainings - Setting up of the HAY method • Social Communication Development: - Autonomous organization of an internal event, development of sport activities. - Management of partnerships with NGOs • Social relations Management (1 common comity, 5 instances of deputies and 2 hygiene and security comities): - Administration (elections, reports…) Other missions: participation in the annual reports and the social audits.

Writing and Publication of job offers, candidates’ researches, pre selections and meetings with candidates (Health and Industry Sectors)
