Owns and prioritizes product backlog for eRFS, an initiative that aims at the full digitalization and automation of the Road Feeder Services documentation processes at Lufthansa Cargo. Contributed to product vision, identified new ideas, products and/or features for iCargo Neo, the next generation cargo management product from IBS, to keep the product line in forefront of industry. Coached Cargo Operations Squad of iCargo Neo in agile practices and Design Thinking mindset.

Oversaw entire product deployments from vision and creation to rollout and delivery for following products: Mobile digital platform at the self service terminals for truck drivers arriving at Lufthansa Cargo warehouses. Steering system to optimize freight movements at Lufthansa Cargo Import terminals.

Performed as lead business consultant for the implementation of Integrated Cargo Applications Platform (iCAP), for replacing the legacy Cargo Handling System of Lufthansa Cargo across 200+ airports. My responsibilities included requirements analysis, solution specification, user acceptance testing support and the successful roll out of major modules within the product and key interfaces with surrounding systems in the landscape.

Performed as subject matter expert to develop from scratch the Cargo+Ops Product of Accenture Freight and Logistics Software. Mapped the business processes, prepared product backlog, documented functional specifications and liaised with multiple stakeholders in the development of the product.

Liaised with external and internal stakeholders to design and develop robust solutions for All Nippon Airways to replace existing legacy systems and facilitate direct reporting to Japan customs. Created comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and use cases to support testing objectives.

Tested the new product at specified stages for adherence to specifications. Supported and facilitated user acceptance testing and end user training sessions for All Nippon Airways users from across the globe.
