Roles and responsibilities to meet the geometry (GD&T) DVX, DVP of the BIW. - Collaborate closely with design engineering to drive design for manufacturability in CC21,CC24 and eCC21 early in the design phase. - Develop process designs that form the basis of volume production line and support Stellantis industry leading dimensional quality of the vehicles produced. - Take direct responsibility for achieving dimensional quality targets and lead all activities

- Deputed to Renault Nissan Business Technology Centre, Chennai, India - Responsible for assembly process and facility implementation for body shop. - Design feasibility to concept design study on model addition in existing line #1, #2 & #3 in RNAIPL plant India. (PB1D, XBA, RBC, PY1B, HHA) - Designed Flexible body main lines programs (LJO, RBC, P42Q) with JBH of 40. Can adopt up to 6 models in the same line assembly. - Designed various assembly and equipment’s like floor fix, base assembly.

- Deputed to Ford Motor Company, Chennai. Roles and responsibilities are Dimensional Control Engineering. - Responsible for assembly process validations/Sequencing through Teamcenter, Manufacturing Process Planning documentation with the help of GSPAS (Global study process allocation system). - Key expertise in deciding the Locating Strategy (LD's) for the BIW sheet metal components & sub-assemblies by applying 3-2-1 principle to meet the Global Manufacturing Requirements (GMRs).

- Pre-production Operation (Proto type) fixture design and manufacturing drawing creation as per NAAMS standard and General Motors North American standards. - Design and drafting of Weld tool fixtures for car body namely underbody, body side, closures, fender, head liners. - Responsible for mule and integration programs. Layout of each unit and key sheet preparation, BOM generation, layout call outs. - Contributed to General Motors global projects A1SLi,A1BLi, A1LLi,D1BLi,D2JCi,K2XXi.
