Created Financial Valuation Models, Offering Memorandum Business Plan, and Marketing Strategy Plan to launch a financial factoring company in Peru forecasted to reach USD 1M in revenue by year 2 of operations. Assisted in evaluating business plans, met with entrepreneurs for Peru Capital Network (part of Instituto Invertir) in order to identify high potential projects that would be candidates for investments through the network. Led functional design efforts for a large-scale (over 1M users) online welfare benefits system implementation with the aim of converting the current paper-based system into the digital format. Conducted design review sessions with clients to obtain buy in and sign off with 100% success rate while keeping with the project time frame enabling the overall project to move forward.

Coached executives on staffing, personnel management, delegation, and project prioritization resulting in significant reduction in overtime spending and minimizing risks of failing inspections. Established and maintained social media (Facebook, Yelp, Boston.com) and web presence, marketing materials, and charity involvements leading to higher brand recognition and increased requests for service.

Analyzed client input and marketplace to create a product roadmap and feature designs, subsequently using these to plan contents of upcoming releases. Led cross-functional teams successfully delivering upgrades and custom releases (project management). Assisted the sales team with RFP responses and feature scoping resulting in higher pricing accuracy.

Built and ran the Quality Assurance organization from the ground up: created repeatable processes, hired personnel, monitored creation of test artifacts, and guided all testing efforts. Achieved a consistent 98% bug free release quality. Developed a consistent release management methodology, resulting in higher quality releases, simplifying the maintenance a various customer versions, and reducing the release package creation time by a factor of 8.
