Defining Legal strategy, policy and procedures; Advisory function to the management on all legal and compliance related matters; Co ordinates the general legal activity of the head quarter of the Bank and its branches Provides juridical service to the Bank, upon Commercial, banking, civil, labour and criminal law; Legal Counseling - Syndicated loan facilities, International Project Finance ( Romania and Greece).

Responsibility to ensure that relevant business areas conduct their business in compliance with all applicable internal policies and procedures, laws, regulations, and codes of practice; Support the business development and the new products development, ensuring compliance with applicable internal policies; review and create legal forms/agreements for the new products of the bank; Elaborate and/or review the loan documentation submitted by the Wholesale/Mortgage Department

Advice on contracts / agreements / account opening; Representation of the Bank in Court of Law; Co-ordinating of the activity related to the Board of Administration’s Meetings and General Shareholders Assemblies
