With limited resources, developed and implemented the business plan for a daughter company in a new field – real estate restructuring. Project management of two events (A Symposium on the Fundamental Rights Architecture in the EU and the Open Day - Europe Day), which included drafting the respective contracts’ technical specifications and data protection documentation, budgeting and following-up on financial commitments, dealing directly with the events’ contractors, outlining and managing the tasks of the project team members and reporting on the events’ outcomes

prepared financial presentations for investors (CEE market analyses, Investor Handbooks, 3 Minute Guide to Raiffeisen Zentralbank), checked the figures and calculations in the Annual Reports - organized marketing activities targeting Raiffeisen Zentralbank’s relationship to investors (drafted marketing documentation, designed conference and online marketing materials and organized investor events [in Vienna, Moscow and London], created new advertising campaigns, which appeared in Financial Times

- developed the concept and the website Star-Fashion.com (online fashion magazine), designed and implemented the online marketing plan (the Internet ranking of the magazine increased within the first 6 months from 4.000.000 to top 50.000), organized the market launch event
