Responsible for planning and directing an organization's strategic and long-range goals. Conducted organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate client oriented effectiveness. Implement a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures to plan and accomplish goals. The company consists in 4 different business including Carrier administration, Retail division and Logistics.t.

Main line of business for Xajay was the manufacturing of drilling and pumping equipment for Oil and Gas industry. As PM the task was going through the production of those equipment managing a group of 50 operators, deadlines, quality control and negotiation with the clients. I used to give my services to Weatherford Inc, American Block and Weir Minerals.

Fabricas Monterrey S.A. de C.V. (FAMOSA) was a branch of FEMSA Corp. which line of business was the manufacturing of beverage packaging (glass and plastic bottles, cans, caps and aluminium caps) as part of innovation crew, new methods for manufacturing were required apart from continuous improvement on the facility. During my time in FAMOSA, the new technology of cutting the material implemented by our team of engineers saved the company 40 Million and an increment in efficiency of 153% in production.

En elaborate course with the main aim to have a better understanding of business administration fundamentals (people, accounting, operation, strategy, finance and marketing) by applying the functions as an administrator as coordinating, organizing and planning.

This class of engineering is a mixture between distinct entities, it combines electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering and control engineering. It took me 2 years mostly because I re validated various classes from my previous degree in civil engineering.

During my 3 years I learned the basics and advanced methods in construction, urbanization, reconstruction and courses like critical thinking and decision making prepared me for the future.
