I am currently consulting pro-bono for Toolbox India Foundation projects. Some of my tasks include developing a marketing strategy, pricing strategy and a business plan for the LeapForWord project. Furthermore, I am helping LeapForWord in pitching for finance to the Indian CEO's.

• Developed software quality control plans for projects to identify and document software problems and their causes • Supervised software quality through quality control test reports that determined software quality and release readiness • Conducted formal and informal software design reviews throughout the software development lifecycle • Supervised and assisted a software team in developing and implementing quality-assurance and quality-control methodologies

• Produced a commissioning work plan which defined the work of scope, responsibilities and man-hour estimates • Supervised four engineers making up the commissioning team and managed 20+ subcontractor employees • Designed, specified, sized, selected and procured field instruments, control valves and control system equipment worth over 200,000 USD • Documented and presented weekly site progress and readiness reports to the site construction manager and client

Management and execution of the instrumentation construction works for a Tail Treatment Project • Lead a team of instrumentation technicians, instrument fitters and electricians for installation of process control field equipment • Monitored the project compliance to government safety regulations • Executed instrumentation activities (e.g. distributing manpower, coordinating work priorities) • Conferred with other discipline engineers about site engineering matters, construction problems etc.

• Developed instrumentation installation drawings, datasheets, P&IDs and specification according to project, industry and acceptable safety standards. • Assisted in selection of instruments and control system equipment. • Reviewed engineering drawings and documents. • Reviewed technical vendor drawings and documents. • Programmed PLC and SCADA for plant control. • Assisted in designing of plant network architecture. • Site visits, construction and commissioning of both green and brown fields

This general management MBA also included activities such as: • Six-week consulting engagement with streetfootballworld - a successful not-for-profit organisation in the world of FIFA and football • Two-week international field seminar in China and Vietnam • Honoured with a “Fellowship Award”
