The goal of HNTG6 HMI project is to develop HMI for the next generation of Mercedes-Benz telematics software (NTG6) utilizing Daimler’s core user interface software framework in an Agile and collaborative model. Activities and Responsibilities: follow V-model development process, perform Maturity Assessments and A-SPICE audits, reporting at the end of each release to the client, training of staff, creating strategies for risk implementation, traceability, prioritisation, etc.

Ramped-up and managed a team of 4 Requirements Engineers who worked together in 4 different projects. Mentored 2 Juniors - one for 5 months and the other for 3 months. Coordinated successfully and in time all internal work packages. Represented the "Voice of Customer" to 5 development teams. Developed and implemented new process from scratch for managing and updating technical requirements specifications. Developed and implemented from scratch Rules and Violations for all projects.

I worked in the „Connectivity Platform Testing” domain where I used EHMI, with whom I tested the connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Sync & Query, etc.) of multiple electronic devices, such as mobile phones, iPhones, iPads, etc. with the BMW electronic systems (simulated by a Head Unit).

I attended the European program – TRIPOD (initiated by the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest) - by being involved in an internship at QUALITANCE company for three months. I was chosen, among 4 other students (out of 30) to take part in an internship shadowing program, which involved checking acceptance criteria and putting bugs in Jira of Zephyr. At the end of the program, I participated in the TRIPOD student’s competition, where I got the third place.
