Main responsibilities: • Lead Supply Chain Transformation program, focusing on portfolio profitability, organizational transformation and savings projects • Supply Chain Management Strategy Design & Translation into execution plans • Supply Chain Budget/Cost & Performance for EUROPE • Represents SCM/Manufacturing in various Commercial Leadership teams. • Demand management, Local & Regional Demand review and regional support of S&OP • Order Management & Fulfillment for complete region

• Main responsibilities: owns the Integrated Business Planning Process (IBP), including production planning execution and inventory analysis across Eastern Europe and MEA regions; • Responsible for the development of the short thru long-range production plan based upon various inputs and constraints that include the demand plan, factory capacity, labor, line rates, planned maintenance, holidays, capital installation and working capital;

• Main responsibilities: S&OP continuous improvement, creating processes, tactics and strategies for Materials Management across LATAM, EMEA and APAC regions; • Responsible to elaborate functional strategies and develop budgets/policies/procedures to support S&OP deliverables; • Works collaboratively with procurement, manufacturing and supply planning teams to create, maintain programs and processes designed to service level excellence and generate savings via inventory optimization and waste reduction.

• Responsible for all logistics flows, customer service and S&OP processes in Western Europe • Freight-to-Warehouse / Freight-to-Customer transportation, warehousing / handling and Fixed Distribution budget • Responsible for all Demand Forecast Cycles for the region with Sales and Marketing • Productivity control, Service Level and S&OP indicators management • Lead the Customer Collaboration Agenda (Customer Service + Customer Logistics)

• Main responsibilities: sourcing of Supply Chain Services (Inbound & Outbound Transportation, Distribution, International Trade and Warehousing) in Brazil; • Cost improvement projects throughout new network design/strategy, bringing 4,8% of savings of 100 MUSD annual budget; • Idealization and implementation of Customer & Logistics Services Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program for Latin America;
